14 DAY FREE TRIAL
If you choose to sign up for a Trial Subscription Plan using the form below, a free 1/4 lb bag or 6-count sample will be delivered to you within 7 calendar days, and your payment card will NOT be charged for 14 days, allowing you time to try out the sample before your subscription becomes active. If you do NOT cancel this Trial Subscription within 14 days, your payment card WILL be charged and your subscription will be activated. All subscriptions are open-ended, so you can still cancel at any time without penalty, but no refunds will be given once your payment card has been charged.

By completing the sign-up form below, you are agreeing to purchase a subscription for 16-oz bags of the current seasonal blend of The Lost Bean brand coffee, or 12-count cartons of Cafejo brand coffee &/or tea, which will automatically be delivered or shipped to you at the interval you select. Your payment card will be charged for each order at the interval you selected until canceled.

- $16.00 for each 16-oz bag of The Lost Bean coffee
- $16.80 for two 12-count cartons (24 kups) of Cafejo single serve kups of coffee &/or tea
- $ 7.00 shipping & handling in the Pacific Standard Time Zone (PST) – see below for Delivery discounts

The subscriptions available on the form below all include pricing for shipping in the Pacific Standard Time Zone (PST).
- For local Delivery to Tustin addresses with zip code 92780, enter Coupon Code “local1” to save $3 per order
- For local Delivery to Irvine, Santa Ana, Orange, or Tustin 92782, enter Coupon Code “local2” to save $2 per order
- For Delivery to all other cities in Orange County, enter Coupon Code “local3” to save $1 per order
- If the Coupon Code field is left blank, you WILL be charged the full $7 shipping & handling fee, and Good Stuff Coffee may still, at its sole discretion, choose to Deliver your coffee instead of Shipping it

Instructions:
- Enter the Card Holder’s Name exactly as it appears on the payment card.
- Enter your email address so you will receive a receipt for each transaction.
- Enter the name of the person the order will be shipped or delivered to. If to a person at a company location, please enter as Company Name/Contact Name
- Enter a phone number where we can reach you or the Delivery Contact if there’s a problem with the delivery of your subscription order.
- Enter the complete delivery address all on one line, including street number, street name, any apartment or suite number, city, state and zip code.
- For single serve kups, enter the Cafejo coffee or tea flavor. For bagged coffee, if you’d like to receive your coffee already ground, please enter the type of grind (i.e. Drip Grind, French Press, Pour Over, etc.). Otherwise, please enter Whole Bean. If left blank, your single serve kups will be dark roast, and your bagged coffee will be ground for Drip Grind.
- Enter any special instructions or notes.
- Choose your plan from the Subscription Plan pop-up. The amount will immediately update beneath the BUY SUBSCRIPTION NOW button.
- Enter and double check your billing address and payment card information.
- For delivery instead of shipping, enter a Coupon Code and click the APPLY button. A confirmation will display near the top of the form and the discounted amount will be displayed in parentheses beneath the BUY SUBSCRIPTION NOW button. If no Coupon Code is entered, no discount will be applied, but Good Stuff Coffee may still opt to deliver instead of ship each order at its sole discretion.
- When you’re sure everything is correct, click the BUY SUBSCRIPTION NOW button.
- If the subscription is successfully processed, you will be redirected to a Thank You page and a receipt will be emailed to you. If there is an error, it will be displayed near the top of the form or by the item where the error occurred. You will need to correct the error and click the BUY SUBSCRIPTION NOW button again.
